Custom CSS tab missing

the template creator versions can not be the same, or the files have not been updated correctly because of a access rights issue on the server
try to upload the latest version again and see if it fixes it

In both sites, the Template Creator version was the latest.
I reinstalled TC, but the issue is not fixed.
Weird!

if the files are identical, how can they render different interfaces ?
please remind me next week because I'm currently busy
Try to replace the component files with FTP to be sure that they are up to date and tell me next week

Both TC for fimaviaggieturismo.it and for tod.virtuemartmatters.com (my reference site) are 4.0.26.
I replaced the /adinmistrator/components/com_templateck folder, but nothing changed.
It is a weird mistery to me.
