In Parameters >> Titles
I changed H1-H6 titles to use the font Oswaldbook which I installed as a webfontkit.
This change is shown in the TemplateCreator component and all the titles are now Osbaldbook - Great !!

However if go to:
Actions >> Copy/Apply Changes
It seems the actual template (the public front end) has not picked up this changes.

To check I deleted the gabarit in TemplateCreator and the actual template then reinstalled the downloaded template into my website and the H1-H6 font changes still weren't showing. I also reinstalled the gabarit and that again showed the font Oswaldbook in TemplateCreator so not sure why these changes are being picked up in the actual template.

I did check inspect the web pages CSS thinking it might have been overwritten but that doesn't any reference to the font Oswaldbook.

I think have narrowed down the issue to "Actions >> Copy/Apply Changes" as this is not updating the template.

Hi
check if you have a cache enabled, this can cause your modification to not update in front

Definitely something weird happening.

To test this issue, I went into the Template Creator >> wizzard and changed the width from 1200px to 1000px and pressed save and downloaded the new version.
Then switched default template to protostar then deleted the 1200px template.
Then installed the new version and made that default template.
After all that, the 1200px width version appeared rather than 1000px.

No cache is enabled in Joomla.

for info I'm currently in holidays ... as shown above
you don't answer to my previous question
"check if you have a cache enabled"

the problem you describe is not something related to template creator in my mind ... the template has been updated, you can verify that by looking the code of the template. The question is why it does not show in your website

I have traced the issue and it's a bizarre but simple one to solve.

I just happened to check on a different PC and suddenly the changes were showing. Went back to original PC and they were not so realised it must be the PC itself. I had forgotten about trying CTL+F5 (just been doing F5) on original PC but when I tried CTL + F5, the page then showed the changes.

I then made further changes and again these weren't showing on original PC but went over to my other PC and they were showing without needing CTL + F5. Did a CTL + F5 on original and further changes showed up.

Using Chrome on both PCs.

Anyhow the problem is solved although now I am investigating why Chrome is acting differently on my 2 of my PCs.
