Haven't used borders for menu items with "Separator" selected before obviously. Is there a way round this?

Look to the right of HOME - there's a vertical border. Home is a "Featured Articles" menu item. However, look to the right of "TREATMENTS" - there is no vertical border. It is a "Separator" menu item. There is no border to the right of "BLOG" as I have CSS to get rid of it. When "TREATMENTS" was a normal article menu item the border was there.

Code:
#nav ul.menu > li:last-child > a, #nav ul.menu > li > span.separator, #nav ul.maximenuck > li > a, #nav ul.maximenuck > li > span.separator { border-right: none !important; }
