I have the "expert mode" enabled but i cannot find the option below in TC4:
Parameters - Page - Page background - Custom CSS

you can use Parameters >> custom css , then write your code like

}

I did that as a fall back. I only thought i was overseeing this option in TC4.

I also run into strange problem in TC4, I have this code below in the template.css file but i cannot find any option in TC4 where this is set:

    padding: 5px 0;
}

this is since the beginning of template creator not only in the V4
please don't accuse the V4 to have some problems that are not problems from the V4

There is no option for the paragraph for now, but this could be added
