ok. I checked the operation for the finished "technicar" template, and for the new blank template ,in the "Use URL Rewriting" configuration

can you please check in Parameters >> informations >> joomla version, you must select "joomla4"

I completely forgot that such settings exist. By default, Joomla! 3x, I changed to Joomla! 4x I added a shift and it works perfect. Thanks for explanation .
