"Hamburger" icon on left hand end of menu bar was created by trogladyte

I have changed every text setting (that I can find) to Left Justified, but the icon refuses to move to the left. Obviously I've missed one, but I just can't find it. Can someone point me to the correct setting to move the icon to the left end of the menu bar?

Hi Ced

Have a look at www.lincolnchamber.com/home-2 (the rest of the site isn't a Template Creator template). This is the only site I can think of where I've tried to make the icon left justify really hard. I've tried on other sites but never made a big effort.
