Action menu items not working was created by trogladyte

Previously created template. Have the latest TC version installed. Cannot make any changes Apply, cannot Preview, and cannot Download. Other menu items work fine. Template is working fine on the frontend. Other backend items seem fine - I can edit and save, just not apply.

Tried to attach gabarit as a zip and the upload failed every time. You can get it at www.ckdev.info/pb_01_gabarit.tck3z

the maincontent was corrupted, I have restored a clean maincontent block. Try to import this
