Top Fixed Wrapper

Please, How to have the "Top Fixed Wrapper" (widget) to disappear and appear only when scroll up ?
Please, Do you have any suggestment ?

this would need a hack of the JS that is inside the widget
you could copy/paste the JS file from the widget and rename it, then call it yourself and modify what you need to get the desired effect

By my side this is an effect that I don't like (just my opinion).

Well, I'm not a programmer, but I'm thinking to that because it seem to be "a must" onandroid and I'm trying to do a simple "Material template" that have to more similar as possible to have back only one layout (from celular to desktop) planning also an Hybrid App for the site...

my opinion is of from the end user point of view, when I'm navigating on websites that have this feature.
I think that this is horrible to have the menu that disappears and appears again as soon as you scroll down / up ...
