I made a template to assign to just one (landing) page. Client then wanted changes. Went in, edited template, saved and applied. Zip! Nothing I did would apply.
TOTALLY rebuilt a new template the way they wanted it. Removed the first landing page template from TC. Went to the templates section and assigned the new (2nd landing) page to the one page. Great. Client wanted one last change. Grrrrr. Made the change. Applied. Again it refuses to show.
i'm in Firefox now - dropped Chrome finally. Cleared cache. Still will not apply changes.

have you checked if you have the cache in joomla ? if yes you must clear it
by my side I can not see the problem, IP blocked, and I don't know what are your changes
if a modification is not updated, then you shall have a cache somewhere
