Dear Support,
I just tried to set the error page in Template Creator CK version 3.6.9 and even if both possibilities (Use a custom 404 pageIf, Show the code in the maincontent) are set to yes, it did not create any error.php. Can you explain me why and what can I do to make it work?
Thank you a lot.
Kind regards.

Dear Ced,
thank you for your reply. I found the file error.php in the directory www/templates/templatecreatorck and not in the directory of mytemplate, I tried to copy the file to the directory of www/templates/mytemplate, but nothing happened then. What should I do
And what is your email, please?
Thank you.

Yes, I did. But no error.php was created in the directory of my template. I went to Layouts-> Error page -> both possibilities are set to "yes", I have left the written code:
<header class="page-header">
<h1 class="page-title">
{ERROR_REQUEST}
</h1>
</header>
<div class="page-content">
<p>
{SEARCH_FIELD}
</p>
<p>
{GO_HOME}
</p>
</div>
<hr />
<p>{CONTACT_ADMINISTRATOR}</p>
<blockquote>
<span class="label label-inverse">{ERROR_CODE}</span> {ERROR_MESSAGE}
</blockquote>

Without changes.In the template directory there are these files: component.php, customheader.php, index.html, index.php, pie.htc, mytemplate.tck3, template_preview.png, template_thumbnail.png, templateDetails.xml; and directories: css, html,images,img,language.
This is all I can see from filezilla ftp under www/templates/mytemplate, that I am using.

Thank you.
Kind regards.

this is strange.
I see that you are using the 3.6.9, so first it would be up to date :)

send me an email with an admin access to check this
