I need your help on how to make custom CSS for different languages, I mean for (rtl) languages and (ltr) languages.

Hi
there is already a template_rtl.css file that is created
then you can use your custom css to add some rules using the direction css class on the body, like

Code:

body.rtl div.myclass { code here }
