pkg_templatecreatorck_3.6.9 Fails to save changes

Yesterday I paid for a 1 yr subscription and download pkg_templatecreatorck_3.6.9 and installed in my Joomla 3.7.2 and PHP 5.6.30. My default joomla template in this install is JA_Simpli.

I read through the documentations and was getting myself familiar with the application. For a while I was able to edit the new template I created and save. However, after a few changes noticed that the new template created using 'Template Creator CK' fails to save. The page just times out! I installed the same package in another Joomla 3.X with similar results. I have increased the RAM allocated in the server to the Joomla to 8GB and still there is no success in saving the changes to the template.

Would appreciate your advise.

It is pointless to buy the subscription if I cannot create a new template with a few changes to the modules. I hope I don't have to give up...

I am in the process of investigating the server side logs.
For now I suspect that saving some of the template changes takes more than 30 secs and in my server the default max_execution_time is set to 30sec.
I will increase this to 60sec and see what happens.
Will update here my findings.

In the mean time, it will be helpful to know:

a. what is your recommended php.ini settings for this parameter.

b. What is the value being set by other users in the community?

c. Is this normal for the component to take more than 30sec to save
changes to the layout?

>> no, this is not normal, by my side it takes 1-2 seconds maxi

the software works in most cases, for example with the default settings on a local server like Wamp or else. It works also on most hosted servers (I never had any problem on my servers)

I suspect a specific rule blocking the processus but I can not tell you exactly. This is related to the server and there are so many rules that it is not possible to have a list of values
