Issues with PHP 7

With PHP 7 installed, widgets cannot be installed using the 'Install' button and need to be manually installed.
Even when manually installed, the Scroll To plugin does not work correctly - Scrolling to Anchors does an instant jump instead of using the scroll time within the plugin parameters - although the scroll to top button DOES take the parameters into account and scrolls correctly.

Seems its not just PHP7 that is the issue here
Looks like it may also be related to Joomla 3.7.

Scrolling to anchors works perfectly (all menu items are anchors on the home page)

It would appear that there are 2 separate issues:
Widgets cannot be installed with the button in PHP 7
Scroll to is broken for anchors in Joomla 3.7.2

there no css class "scrollo" in your 3.7.2 website so it can not call the plugin
not a bug, just a misconfig

for the widgets in template creator, you can use the manual install method just under the list of widgets

where is the misconfig coming from?
The widget is installed and enabled in template creator.
I had this issue and then did a clean reinstall of Joomla and the issue is persisting.
The only things installed in the site are Template creator and its widgets.

you must add the css class on the menu item ...
