I think that this will come, but not immediately. I have already worked hard to add the layouts comments+404

I have to finish some other things first, and then I will check for the CPT

sorry for the late answer on this, I'm working on the next major version of template creator .This means that I'm interested into the CPT
the problem is that regarding the standards, you shall not include any post type registration, nor taxonomy into your theme !
this means that is shall be handled by a plugin ... and the theme shall be able to do the design according to custom options
this is very difficult to do from an interface

I continue to work on this, and to look more in deep how it works
