template problem with language switcher.

I uninstalled both templates then reinstall only one and it's OK now for the custom CSS
like magic.. :side: :silly:

And for the content disappear on mouse scroll upward it seems that the chrome browser causing it because on other browser there is no problem... or is there something I need to do?

I have to test on a RTL website, as this does not occur on a LTR website and only in Chrome
