Parallax not working

I am using template creator CK 3.6.3
The integrated parallax function seems not to be working.

In this testsite parallax for module 1 and main content is enabled and speed is set to 5.

Module 1 background is set to scroll and main content is set to fixed.

I am working in expert modus and dont see other options to change this.

try to set the parallax on the wrapper and tell me if it works.

Tried this. It does not show on the wrapper.
I added a new wrapper. Also did not work.

I'm currently working on the problem. It does not work on other blocks than wrappers, but it works on wrappers by my side

go in the widgets and update it, it shall work now

No improvement.
Even the images on the old template did not display anymore.
Made a new template. Parallax images on wrappers don't work.
The ones that display have no parallax display.
