Option to disable Parallax for IE and Edge

Parallax is seriously broken in both MS IE (latest version) and MS Edge - some are saying that it only actually works if you have an expensive mouse rather than a standard one (it works if you middle-click on the page and move the mouse down a touch to get automatic scrolling, but not if you use the mouse scroll wheel).


Would there be any chance of having an option to disable the parallax effects and have the background image fixed or scroll depending on the settings for the wrapper background if these browsers are detected?

on your website I don't see the parallax, only the fixed backgrounds
I don't have a browser detection, but if you really want to get an advanced feature like this you can integrate your own scripts using the custom code

Sorry - I had to disable the parallax as the customer was using edge and wanted to check the progress on the template

I also just discovered that 'advanced module manager' from Regular Labs has the ability to hide modules based on the browser, so I might duplicate the wrappers and have one (without parallax enabled for it) to only show for IE and Edge, and have the parallax-enabled ones show for all other browsers.
