3.61 mobile menu not working

Doing a test site for a template I am working on here:

www.sbes.computersystems.ie

The logo and menu are in their own wrapper (fixed to top)
Inside the wrapper is a 'ROW' with 2 blocks
Block 1 contains a logo
Block 2 contains a horizontal menu.

Responsive settings have the menu set to change to mobile on tablets (vertical orientation) and both orientations for mobile phones.

It does not appear to be working for any of these screen resolutions.

Older versions of TK had a 'logo and horizontal menu' module that could be dragged into position, where the latest version does not have this.
I am just wondering if the fact that the horizontal menu is inside a 'ROW' block is causing the issue.

Just discovered that I cannot pull the logo and the menu out of the 'Blocks' in Row 1. Possibly the issue (or related to it)

your url seems not correct, so I Can not test
but the responsive settings for the mobile menu have not been impacted by the new 3.6 version, so this seems strange to me

are you sure that in the responsive design popup you have set the menu to be hamburger ?

Yes .
Set as hamburger for all screens except desktop and landscape tablet
