Issue with Template Creator CK 3.4.12

Hi Ced

I have a strange Problem with TC on Joomla 3.5.1.
Since I've updated, I can't create the download file , or make a preview or install automatically to the site template. If I chosse one of these otptions,
I get a blank screen on the right site (see picture)

Do ypou know what's the reason of this?

in the website configuration >> server >> error report, set it to "development" and see if you get any error and tell me

Hi Ced,
As I can see there's no error . For testing reasons I've created a brand new joomla installation (3.5.1) only with the tc creator module inside.
If I install the version 3.4.9 evreything works fine with the template. If I switch to 3.4.12 the above behavior happens. If I switch back to version 3.4.9 everything it's ok again.

ok, then please redownload the 3.4.12 version on template-creator.com and tell me if it fixes the issue (clear your cache after updating)

I've downloaded version ..12 again ,installed it and cleared the cache and found someting :
It Seemed to be a problem with one of my templates. But I recognized the issue only after installing version 3.4.12.
After importing a garbarit of this template it's impossible to download or preview the template. you can change the template and save the results but download or previewing is not possible.
The import of the garbarit seemed to be ok, there is no error message. I don't know how to fix the problem
