Give a "speaking" ID to a row

ScrollTo Plugin works fine, but how can I give a PageBuilder-row a "speaking" ID?
I want to use id="solar" instead of id="row_ID1586795008831". For google and the users it does not look nice with this long number...

And my second question: When I´m in the page www.widmann-haustechnik.de/2020/index.php/flaschnerei (ore later in "Impressum"), how can I return to an ID or to the Mainpage? Have I always to use the complete URL in the menu-link? Is this google-friendly?

For now I used the row-ID but I´m not satisfied with.

1/ you can use the button N°3 here

it will allow you to use your own IDs

2/ yes you must use the complete url if you have multiple pages when using the scrolling feature
This is not a problem for Google
