I have found the problem and it will be fixed in the next version
I will also need to remove the title attributes on the toolbars

Apart from that you have the work with it, but I hope you are doing well and have fun with being an our programmer!
With your software, Joomla is making fun for me again, at the moment almost too much...

version 3.2.1 PRO
I have another screenshot with "Tooltips" switched on,
Tooltips are broken:

Tooltips switched off works.
