Unable to get properties for the image

Hi there,

After saving PageBuilder CK articles I get the following error message: "Unable to get properties for the image."
What can be the cause of this?

I have never heard this problem. But if you search in Google for it with the joomla keyword you can see that this seems more related to joomla
where does this happens ? in admin, front ?
does this happen also in normal article or not ?

It's only with PageBuilder CK articles in the backend. When saving a regular Joomla article it doesn't show. Before I got this message I uninstalled MaxiMenu CK and got also an error message: see second screenshot. After deinstalling there were still 3 MaxiMenu tables in the database which I deleted. Can this be the cause?

for the uninstall, this is not a problem and the tables are not deleted to avoid to remove everything with a wrong manipulation
so you are right if you want to delete them, you must do it manually
note that having this tables does not affect your website

for the image error, it comes from an image that is not available in the website
does this problem occurs on any article made with PBCK ? even a new one with just a text ?

Hi CEd,

It's the image used by Page Builder when a video player object has been inserted (/plugins/pagebuilderck/video/assets/images/video_example.svg).
It shows the image in both front as backend, but is triggering this error message for some reason. Also can't find the url to this .svg file in edit mode of the video player. Another thing that doesn't work properly in edit mode are the styles properties (only video, image is working good): background etc. will open and close immediately, so not be able to change anything.
