Trying to see how I can merge the contents of two articles in Page Builder. My first thought was to create a page by converting an article but cannot find out how to do that if at all possible. Any ideas?

Yes you can save an article or module as page with the button N°2 here
www.joomlack.fr/documentation/page-build...n-interface-overview

you can also save any row/addon with the save icon in the toolbar on mouseover
