Like "anotart", I also have re-downloaded and installed the 2.2.4 version (over the previous 2.2.3), but with no change in the problem.

I have downloaded the 2.2.4 version on April 19, 2018, after seeing the post of "anotart" (previously I was not aware of that new version).
In order to show you the problem with the unwanted scroll bar, I have deleted the CSS code given by "anotart" and, as a matter of fact, the unwanted scroll bar appeared again.
You can see that at my website www.adottareunmaggiorenne.it/
Thank you!

Clearing the cache did not make any difference (not even restarting the whole computer).
The unwanted scroll bar appeared only when making the testimonials at full page (in the home page), using the Mozilla Firefox browser.
I noticed that using a much simpler browser called "Midori", the problem does not appear.
When you checked my website, I had already deleted the CSS code provided by "anotart", in order to make the problem appearing.
Now I have just added that code again in my template CSS custom code:
.pagebuilderck {
overflow: hidden;
}
Thank you!

ok I have seen now your scrollbar
your case seems special and related also to your template, so in this case I suggest you to keep this code which works for you
by my side the page builder css are ok now for 99% of other users
