Hi

When i install the extension i am getting the error as shown in the attachment. I am using version pro 2.3.7. Please help

this seems a problem related to your website config and the temp folder, not an error coming from the extension

Hi ced,

Its ok. After various testing, we discovered that the Hosting Provder disabled the tmp folder. I have now changed that inside Joomla and not take a default route.
