Maximenu Mobile - hide menu on desktop

Hi,
Is it possible to "hide" the Maximenu on the desktop of the computer, but still have the Mobile menu on a phone?
I tried placing the Maximenu Module in a position that doesn't exist (like "hide") to prevent it from showing on computers. But that also stops the Mobile menu from working on phones.
Is there a way around this. The website I'm working on only wants a menu for mobile devices. No menu for desktops.

the normal menu must be loaded in the page, but you can hide it with CSS
