Not responsive website on mobile

Hi!

I have a problem with a not responsive website and I don't know is there any solutions for that. On desktop there are some menus wich have mouse-over dropdown submenus, plus I can click on them, because they have unique content. On mobile, when I click, just submenus dropping down, the content not displayed (it says javascript:void(0)). I don't know, if mobile plugin can be a solutions here, because it's not responsive, and we don't want "hamburger" menu, we'd like to see the whole menu as on desktop. So, can you help me, please?

if you don't want a hamburger then the mobile plugin will not be for you
as already discussed many times on this forum you can not open the submenu and redirect the page. Only one action can be used, and if you redirect you will never see your submenus.

if you have a solution to this, I 'm open (I have already worked on this without any working solution)
