problem with subtitle and form

I have problems with MaxiMenu ck, I hope you can help me.
The first problem is that I can not put a subtitle. Instead of displaying a caption appears a whole title. That is, if I write Contatto||Contattatemi, in frontend out ContattoContattatemi. Among other things, I wanted to let out a form from the menu item and, if I use the subtitle, I can not display the form.
The other problem is that the module in question appears behind the slider located below.

which is the main file for the maximenu theme. Check your rights, or your security rules
