Cache issue with Joomla and Maximenu

Hello i am using this great component. But i have some issues with cache.
I have disabled Cache option in module Maximenu CK and enabled Joomla Cache.

The thing is that joomla is still caching the maximenu it shows in the list... *mod_maximenuck*
I have temporarily disabled cache in joomla because i can't find a way to stop caching maxi menu.
it seems that there is some problem i can't verify.

Any solution for this would really appreciate

Tried with latest maximenu version.

I have found how to fix the issue with the cache list
but in fact the cache system is still buggy : by my side all JS call (not only maximenu but the js from joomla too) are called twice in the page, causing the dropdown to not work correctly even if the cache if OFF

anyway I will fix the cache problem with the file list in the next version
