Menu with pop up text

Hello
I would like to know if there is a way to have a menu with icons and when you move your mouse over the picture to popup the menu name.
you can see a working page with this kind of menu here is the menu in left side.

I don't have any turorial for now to do similar things, but it should not be a problem

I already create a menu with what I want. I just want a way the text of the menu to show right of the picure when I hover over my mouse
