Menu CK disconfigure website in IE 8.0 Browser

Hello,
i could finally solve the problem managing the z-index.

But now i have another problem. The menu work in all browsers but in IE 8.0 the page gets disconfigured and the menu seems to be disconfigured also. I guess this issue maybe fixed in topmenu div. I have tried to put relative position, it got better a litle bit...well just a litle litle bit.

Since i have i am developing the website in my localhost, unfortunatly you can not have access to the code, but maybe you can lead me as you did before in order to solve this issue.

Please have a look in the screenshots to better understant what is happening.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?

Try to unpublish all your menu items, then republish them one by one to find where is the issue
