Mobile plugin not working in my template!

Mobile plugin not working in my template! was created by deltokrix

Hi,

I have recently installed purchased mobile plugin and activated with Limit of resolution 1000px, but mobile menu not appearing in my site, I am not using any other plugins or modules in my site, I dont know its a conflict or not, please help me in this.

I am using OneWeb template!
This is my site URL www.miracledesign.in/demo/ (Developing stage)

Hi
all system JS files like mootools are not present in your page. This is not normal
