Menu button widths need resizing

Hi there

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I want to make my links smaller in width. Ideally I would like to change what seems to be the padding on the left and right side of the text so the sides of the buttons are closer to the text.
I have 8 links on my menu bar but because of the size of the buttons the last link is being forced onto the next line.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I did buy the documentation but I couldn't figure it out :oops:

in documentation you should have found that you must edit the file maximenuhck.php in the theme folder. Then change the padding on the li.maximenuck element.
But I think you also have some css conflicts in your template

Thanks for the reply. I have it fixed now. I was creating conflicts of my own and just needed to look at it with fresh eyes. I had changed the Maximenu CK Styles - Normal state Margin and Padding and did not need to do this.
