virtuemart patch and submenus

Hi, i have purchased the VirtueMart patch and the Maximenu CK Params plugin.
What i want to achieve is to have for example,
subdemo1 and subdemo2 right down of the Demo 1.
All menu items are Viruemart categories.

I have one more question. I have noticed that every time i load the website the menu items (taken from Virtuemart Categories) are loaded in a random order.
How can i have a standard menu order (in the way i want) using Virtuemart Patch?
