Sorry I dont speak a good english, my probleme is following:
- I have joomla 2.5.9
- Menu CK is installed sice several montgs under header
- Since several days the menu is OVER the header I don't understand why ? and how to reinstalled it under the header.
- I dont modified anything in my web site since a month, just update joomla 2.5.8 to 2.5.9

may be you lost a modification in your template if you are using the beez_20 or another preinstalled template.
If you don't have upgraded the menu, this is not related to the module I think, look first at your template
