For security reasons the administrator only allows teamviewer access. Can i just send you a .zip file with maximenuCk files?

I need the environment to test the script...
try to send me your maximenu theme where you have put the css to style the menu. Does this issue happen also with the template beez20 ?

No.I tested only with beez5.

beez5 is ok too. Send me your theme for the menu css, I will try into beez5

I have inserted maximenu in position-1, with your theme, in the template beez5, and it works. I don't have your issue ...
