Hello, and happy new year :)

I try to use both a horizontal and a vertical Maximenu ck, and experience some challanges. When I hoover over a left menu item in the horizontal menu, the submenu appear behind the vertical menu. You can see it here:
w208415-www.php5.dittdomene.no. If you hoover over "Om NPIF" it appears behind the blue menu.

Is there something I can do to make the submenu in the horizontal menu to appear in the front?

Best regards

Johnny

Hello

I saw this subject had been covered earlier

I found this posted by hansheerings:

There is a simple solution for this problem:

Go to your Joomla admin-panel
Open Mudules > YourFirst-maximenu > advanced settings
Z-index level. Type in: 10; position: relative
Save and close

Open Mudules > YourSecond-maximenu > advanced settings
Z-index level. Type in: 9; position: relative
Save and close.

Best regards
Johnny

Dear friend,

I am also facing same problem.
I am using Joomla 3.2.1, Shape5 Vartex template and Maximenu 7.1.6.

I have attached maximenu 1.1,1.2 and 1.3 for first maximenu
and maximenu 2.1,2.2,2.3 for second menu.

I have used all template layers one by one.

Please guide me suitably.

Best regards,

Anil V. Chaudhary

Hi
please read carefully what to write in the zindex option
10; position: relative
and 9 with position relative for the other menu

Merci beaucoup ced1870,

Une réponse rapide et efficace, cela fonctionne parfaitement maintenant.
C’est mon premier site, donc j’en découvre tous les jours même si la, je ne comprends pas trop la subtilité (mais l’important c’est que cela fonctionne).
Encore merci.
