How to enable the 1st level to be clickable was created by united

Hi,
Is there a way to make the 1st level clickable, when there are submenus?

I have a horizontal menu and as soon as I add a submenu item, the top row (1st level) is no longer linking to my item.

as discussed I can't access your website to see the problem, but if you use the mouseover effect all links can be clickable
