Impossible to create two columns in menu !?

I want to create two columns under a parent menu item with 6 child items. If I set "Make a column" on the third child element nothing changes. If I set it on both the second and the third element I get this result:
 

I think there is a bug here ??

you must create the 1st column on the 1st item "Administration"
then the 2nd column on "Priser ..." for example
