Unable to expoert styles

You will find System Information below.

I have installed Maximenu CK (10.0.12 Pro) on the system described below. I am unable to download styles from the App (Administrative Menu > Components > Maximenu CK > Styles > DFI Base EN > Export ( in the header).
What occurs is a window appears EXPORT with [download] button. Clicking on the button results in a blank white screen under a new tab on the browser.
Please advise.

please try that : right click on the download button >> save destination as >> you shall be able to save the file on your computer
does it work ?
