Restrict a menu item to only be used on mobile device (phone)

We use Maxmenu CK and Mobile Menu CK
We have application that can act as a QR Scanner.
I want to limit the menu item for this application only from a mobile phone . I can see in Maxmenu where you can restrict the menu only to say a PC, but can I restrict use on a menu item only from a mobile device?
