Yes, I noticed that with Internet explorer is working, but not if using firefox o chrome

I did it many times. Before with the plugin "clear cache" for FF, and also in options,advanced,network, clear cache

tested ni Chrome, it works too by my side
try with another computer, or ask someone else to check and tell you

there is no reason that it does not work for you, and work for me
