Move Maximenuuk html code below main site Content

Hi CEd,
MaxiMenuCK works great on my website but adds a large ammount of html code above my main site content. Is there a way to move the code to the footer or lower down the page to improve SEO. My theme has a left sidebar and CSS moves the html below the main content HTML. I'm not a web developer but any help to use this technique to move the Menu html would be much appreciated, thanks.

you can use the option "compile CSS" to "yes" to use an external CSS stylesheet with all rules in it
once activated, the file will be generated 1 time and then used to save also the server request. You can also cache this css file with your htaccess rules

if you need to update your menu design then, you must set this option again on "no" or "compile" until you have finished to see the changes
