MaximenuCK duplicate queries with VM3

I'm actually busy with other things and the christmas holidays are coming very quick !
To be honest I will not be able to check this before middle of january 2016

I just digged a little bit by myself....
These duplicate queries only occour if a category has an sub-category

In the directory plugins/system/maximenuck_virtuemart/helper are 2 Files;
one named helper_maximenu_virtuemart.php and the other one is called helper_maximenu_virtuemart.old.php

If i use the "helper_maximenu_virtuemart.old.php" (after renaming it and deleting the othe r File) the duplicate queries are gone.

The Version i use is plg_maximenuck_virtuemart_3.05

both helpers are different, the one uses only one query with multiple PHP checks. This can be good in some cases, but sometimes the other works better. This is also the reason why I have left the other one in the folder

Now if you can use the other helper for your need, this is great
