slide transition not clean on all slides

Working with a slideshow here on an entry page: northcoastdemo.cloudaccess.net/
each slide is 500px x roughly 225px. I have the width set at 900. the size is fine, but the third slide, "real accountabilty" seems to break off a bit slow as the other slide loads. The last slide does it as well. So first two of 4 slides are nice, and the other two lag a bit on transition. I even thought of inserting a pure white dummy slide buffer image as a workaround?

I think that the problem is that your images are transparent and you use multiple effects
Try
1/ use only the slide effect that pushes the images horizontally
or
2/ add a white background to your images

Thanks a bunch--I just tried the slide left horizontal and that eliminated the issue.
Since all these images were supposedly generated the same--maybe or maybe not the white background secondary fix will come into play after inspecting the image files.

I really appreciate the help here and Thanks---but with client preferences, I may be back again.
