Turn off captions and caption bar

I would have thought this would have been a simple switch - Use Captions? Yes | No - but it appears it isn't.

How do I do this?

A good landing is one you can walk away from.
A great landing is one where you can reuse the aircraft!

if you don't want any caption, just leave the caption field empty in each slide
