Black Bars - top and Bottom

Hi, when I resize by browser screen, the slideshow resizes as I would expect and keeps the same size horizontally however, it then gains black bars top and bottom.

How can I stop the bars from showing?

My original video is here running in VLC and its native resolution is 1920x600. I have just checked it in Premiere where it was created as well and the same is found.
There are no black bars on my version?
