ok, here is the way to do
write the html code in the description like that in the Options >> Strip html tag >> set it to NO
this will render your html code in the caption and add the link

I see what you mean, then you want this button ... ok
you don't need to add it in the slides as html, just go in Options >> Link >> Link position >> Button
then the slideshow will automatically use a button for the link that have been set on each slide
