Mobile is not showing in IE 10 - only regular one

I am using the mobile Accordeon menu for a mobile menu solution. The other menus on my site had very specific styling and functionality that were already set, so I did not want to replace them with the regular Accordeon CK menu.

The @media calls are working fine - the menu does change when the screen size is below the designated width. The problem is in IE 9 and 10 at the designated width and smaller, instead of displaying the mobile version of the menu it displays the regular version of the menu. I have not spent time styling the regular menu to match our site, so this is very disconcerting.

Any ideas on how to fix this so the correct menu will display?

I too am having this issue. Joomla 3.1, latest Accordion Menu and the mobile plugin. The mobile menu fails to appear in IE 9/10 when I go less then 768px wide. Everything works great in Chrome, Firefox, Safari. You can see it here:

I am using a set width in the mobile plugin. This is a custom template is using Joomla 3's Bootstrap.
