Installation Problems

First time poster Briefly, I bought this tool last year for out non-profit's website (Joomla 2.x) and did not use it. Moving entire site to latest Joomla 3.x version, and wish to use it now. My subscription expired: I have ver. 3.3-2.17.

I have Joomla Joomla! 3.4.5 freshly installed and just beginning.

I installed template creator w/out problems, received/view it's welcome screen (etc. etc). It is enabled. However, going to Components > Template Creator, I get the following error message:

The template Templatecreator is not installed. You need it for a real preview. You can download it on www.template-creator.com

No idea where to begin to solve this.

check in the pacage that you have, you should have a zip containing 2 other zip. One of them is the template that you can install separately

PS : this impact only the preview button, you can still use it if you install the template and use the copy button
